The staff were courteous and responsive. Mohamed Saquib Usman was especially helpful when I needed guidance. I found the hotel easy to locate because it's next to the highway. It's also accessible by both bus and taxi.

I found Sunil at reception very helpful during my late checkout. The entire staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I really appreciated the tasty breakfast. It had many options to choose from. The hotel also featured facilities like a washing machine room and a good gym for workouts.
I noticed that the cleanliness was not quite up to par, with some dust in certain areas.

The room included decent, basic furnishings with good hot water pressure, also the internet was reliable. The tv offered many channels and the room view provided a superb, picturesque vista I enjoyed.

The service was amazing, and I extend my thanks to Abdalla for the seamless check-in. Ms. Tina was also very helpful and kind , and I very much appreciated her assistance. ALL staff was warm.

The staff was very professional. They greeted us with a smile.
The breakfast was terrible. One needs to pay extra for items that should be complimentary. The room lacked basic amenities, such as tea and a kettle. I will not repeat this experience.

The staff are friendly, ESPECIALLY mr ahmed reception manager. the facilities are great. The bed IS comfortable.
The location isn't ideal because it's far from the main city. also, it is not near a metro station. You have TO pay for taxis.

aDecent Stay, but Some Issues Existed
smooth check-inpoor breakfaststaff communication
The check-in was smooth, and luggage assistance was available if needed.
The breakfast was pretty bad. I couldn't find much i wanted to eat. also, half the staff struggled with english, so it was hard to communicate sometimes! the metro station was a 15-minute walk away, requiring frequent taxi rides, and everything seemed so far away.
